“Elon Musk is recklessly and illegally slashing funding to cover up for the trillions of dollars in tax handouts he wants for himself and his fellow billionaires. It’s the height of absurdity to steal funding from USAID when Republicans in Congress are trying to spend trillions more on wasteful tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy.”
